Managing chronic fatigue

Chronic fatigue syndrome is a disorder of the modern western world, characterized by extreme fatigue that cannot be explained by a medical condition. Some of the common symptoms:

  Fatigue not treated with rest or sleep.

  Unexplained pain with weakness of the muscles or joints.

  Headaches.

  Poor mood, Depression etc.
